The European Championship recently visited the famous Coppa Paolino Teodori in Italy. As expected the level of drivers and cars was very high because on this occasion the European Championship and the Italian Championship, one of the most important in the continent, coincided in a single event.

In the particular battle between the two best European drivers this time the absolute victory, Category 2 and Group E2-SC was for the Italian Simone Faggioli (Normad M20FC Zytek), while the also Italian Christian Merli (Osella FA30 EVO Zytek) had to settle for second place overall, Category 2 and first place in the E2-SS Group.

The victory was decided by less than a second and Simone Faggioli achieved the record of the italian´s track (2\’05\”045).

Third in Category 2 and more than 11seconds behind finished the Italian Domenico Cubeda (Osella FA30), fourth was also Italian Diego Degasperi (Osella FA30), fifth another Italian Franco Caruso (Norma M20FC), sixth the French Sébastien Petit (Nova NP01), seventh the Italian Sergio Farris (Lola B99/50), eighth the Czech Petr Trnka (Norma M20FC), ninth the Swiss Simon Hugentobler (Osella PA30 EVO) and the last of the Top Ten was another Swiss who was also the first of the Category 1 Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS).

In Category 1 the victory was for the Swiss Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS), second was the Polish \”Dubai\” (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO BergMonster) and third was the Italian Luca Gaetani (Ferrari 488 Challenge).

Then finished Antonino Migliuolo (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX) and first in Group 3. Fifth was the Slovak Peter Ambruz (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX), also winner of Group 4.

Alex Prek (Honda Civic Type R) once again won Group 5.

In the Italian Championship the European podium was repeated. Faggioli, Merli, Cubeda, fourth Achille Lombardi (Osella PA 2000), fifth Domenico Scola (Osella PA21) and sixth Luigi Fazzino (Osella PA 2000 Turbo).

In Group E2SH the winner was Marco Gramenzi (Alfa Romeo 4C Zytek), second was the other (Alfa Romeo 4C Picchio) by Alessandro Gabrielli.

In Group E1 the first was Carmine Tancredi (Ford Escorth Coswort), second Roberto Di Giuseppe (Alfa Romeo 155 GTAM) and third Antonino Migliuolo with his Mitsubishi.

In GT the first qualified was Luca Gaetani (Ferrari 488 Challenge), second Francesco Montagna (Lamborghini Huracan ) and third Roberto Ragazzi (Ferrari 488 Challenge EVO).

In Group A the winner was Rudi Bicchiato and Gabriela Pedroni in Group N both with a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO.

The next round of the Italian Championship will be at the Trento Bondone (02-04/07/2021) and the next round of the European Championship will be Dobšinský Kopec (16-18/07/2021) in Slovakia.

Il Campionato Europeo ha recentemente visitato la famosa Coppa Paolino Teodori in Italia. Come ci si aspettava, il livello dei piloti e delle vetture è stato molto elevato perché in questa occasione si sono riuniti in un\’unica prova il Campionato Europeo e il Campionato Italiano, uno dei più importanti del continente.

Nella battaglia particolare tra i due migliori piloti europei questa volta la vittoria assoluta, di Categoria 2 e del Gruppo E2-SC è stata per l\’italiano Simone Faggioli (Norma M20FC Zytek), mentre l\’italiano Christian Merli (Osella FA30 EVO Zytek) ha dovuto accontentarsi della seconda posizione assoluta, della Categoria 2 e della prima posizione del gruppo E2-SS.

La vittoria fu decisa per meno di un secondo e Simone Faggioli ottenne il record del tracciato italiano (2\’05\”045).

Terzo nella Categoria 2 a più di 11 secondi finalizzò l\’italiano Domenico Cubeda (Osella FA30), quarto anche l\’italiano Diego Degasperi (Osella FA30), quinto un´altro italiano Franco Caruso (Norma M20FC), sesto il francese Sébastien Petit (Nova NP01), settimo l\’italiano Sergio Farris (Lola B99/50), ottavo il ceco Petr Trnka (Norma M20FC), nono lo svizzero Simon Hugentobler (Osella PA30 EVO) e l\’ultimo del Top Ten fu un altro svizzero che fu anche il primo della Categoria 1 Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS).

Nella Categoria 1 la vittoria è stata per lo svizzero Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS), il secondo è stato il polacco \”Dubai\” (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO Bergmonster) e il terzo è stato l\’italiano Luca Gaetani (Ferrari 488 Challenge).

Successivamente finalizzò Antonino Migliuolo (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX) e primo nel Gruppo 3. Quinto fu lo slovacco Peter Ambruz (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX), anche fu vincitore del Gruppo 4.

Al Campionato Italiano si è ripetuto il podio dell\’Europeo. Faggioli, Merli, Cubeda, quarto Achille Lombardi (Osella PA 2000), quinto Domenico Scola (Osella PA21) e sesto Luigi Fazzino (Osella PA 2000 Turbo).

El Campeonato de Europa visitó recientemente la famosa Coppa Paolino Teodori en Italia. Como era de esperar el nivel de pilotos y vehículos fue muy alto debido que en esta ocasión coincidieron en una misma prueba el Campeonato europeo y el Campeonato italiano, uno de los más importantes del continente.

En la batalla particular entre los dos mejores pilotos europeos esta vez la victoria absoluta, de Categoría 2 y del Grupo E2-SC fue para el italiano Simone Faggioli (Norma M20FC Zytek), mientras que el también italiano Christian Merli (Osella FA30 EVO Zytek) tuvo que conformarse con la segunda plaza absoluta, de la Categoría 2 y primera posición del Grupo E2-SS.

La victoria se decidió por menos de un segundo y Simone Faggioli consiguió el récord del trazado italiano (2’05”045).

Tercero en la Categoría 2 y a más de 11 segundos finalizó el italiano Domenico Cubeda (Osella FA30), cuarto fue el también italiano Diego Degasperi (Osella FA30), quinto otro italiano Franco Caruso (Norma M20FC), sexto el francés Sébastien Petit (Nova NP01), séptimo el italiano Sergio Farris (Lola B99/50), octavo el checo Petr Trnka (Norma M20FC), noveno el suizo Simon Hugentobler (Osella PA30 EVO) y el último del Top Ten fue otro suizo que también fue el primero de la Categoría 1 Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS).

En la Categoría 1 la victoria fue para el suizo Ronnie Bratschi (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII RS), segundo fue el polaco \”Dubai\” (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO BergMonster) y tercero fue el italiano Luca Gaetani (Ferrari 488 Challenge).

A continuación finalizó Antonino Migliuolo (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX) y primero en el Grupo 3. Quinto fue el eslovaco Peter Ambruz (Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX), también ganador del Grupo 4.
