The Rally van Haspengouw 2026 kicked off the Kroon‑Oil Belgian Rally Championship 2026, with an intense start full of competition among the top teams in the country.
The win went to Stéphane Lefebvre (Toyota GR Yaris Rally2), who dominated the event with a solid and consistent pace across all stages. His performance showed excellent control and a perfect strategy to secure the first victory of the season.
In second place was Cédric Cherain (Skoda Fabia RS Rally2), staying close to Lefebvre for much of the rally and demonstrating experience and consistency. Jos Verstappen (Citroën C3 Rally2), the reigning Belgian champion, completed the podium after a very steady race, managing the most challenging moments of the rally successfully.
One of the biggest surprises of the event was Maxime Potty (Citroën C3 Rally2), who managed to stay in the top 5 and show a very competitive performance against more experienced drivers.
